Guest Email(s) not searchable

Why are guest emails not searchable in the database? Especially for ongoing clients, we often are adding both spouses to all meetings. It’s a pain to have to go to the CRM to look up the spouses email address each time i book a meeting for the household.

Potential solutions
1. Add another field that allows searching the contact database
2. Allow the creation of a household where both email address would be automatically added. 

My wife is an attorney and has the same issue with calendly. So it’s a needed feature for most professional services, which I imagine are among your top users.

I think this is a great idea, and its something I can get passed along to our product team for review.

In the meantime, a lot of users I’ve worked with will use the Meeting Page Export button to export all of their calendly meetings to a Google Sheet or Excel, then they search for the guest email.

 

Either way, I’ll get this passed along to our product team, hopefully this is something we’ll see in the future!
