I have seen this question posted before with an answer from a Calendly employee stating that they were working on a way to incorporate a no show / late cancellation fee onto the booking system. Has this issue been resolved? if so, how do I go about doing that? Is there a way for us to accept payment through the app as well? It would be amazing to streamline our service and payment options.

No updates yet. We did add a no-show trigger to Zapier which would allow you to set up an automation with numerous other applications, but no integration yet within the product that would produce a fee.

Will this be something Calendly will sort out for the future? I’m not familiar with Zapier. Which applications does it sync with?
