Has Calendly automated themself right out of business?

The chat bot will not connect to an agent. I have tried for hours over multiple days. The Outlook plug in is no longer functionally working. Mind you Office 365 now has this functionality built in so the the outlook plugin connector is Calendly’s bread and butter and I cant get support to answer. There is also no where posted an email or telephone number for them.  I have been a customer for years, but as soon as I find a replacement I'm jumping ship.

We do have agents available 24/7 so I’m not sure why you might be having difficulty getting connected - One thing you can try right off the bat is by clearing your cache and cookies within your browser, then trying again.. If this doesn’t work, could you take a screenshot and send us what the chatbot is saying? Usually the prompt is triggered just by typing “Agent”, the chatbot should see this and route you correctly - But let us know!
