Sounds like you need to set up a Team’s Page. Once you’ve completed that you will need to create specific events that are linked to each user’s calendar.
Create a Teams Page
- Navigate to “My Calendly” on the homepage and create a new team and fill out the fields on the next page
- ^^on that page you will identify team members in one of those fields at which point they will all be invited to join your team
From there you will set up individual events connected to specific calendars. Be aware that RoundRobin events are only available for Teams and Enterprise Plans. I will leave a few resources below that will help you get set up.
