I’m supposed to be on a paid subscription through work. For some reason, Calendly took me off the work account. My boss has been trying to get me back on the account, but they have not responded to her. Because I was kicked off my paid account, I can’t use the chat feature to talk to someone and there is no phone number. Can someone please help??????

I took a look over your account and it seems that you are still in your organization, however there may be an issue with the payment on the account. I would suggest getting in touch with your organization Owner who can look at their billing page to see what might be going on.

If they notice any issues, they can contact billing@calendly.com to speak with our billing team as well.

Our organization owner is no longer with the company, which is what we’ve been trying to convey. We can’t get ahold of anyone to help us because of this. If someone could please send me an email, I can get you in touch with the correct person (my manager) to put as the organization owner. Thanks!
