My paid account (up until June 25) has been downgraded to Free for no reason. How do I contact a human?  I have now waited 3 days for a response.  I can not upgrade because that link is not working either. I am looking for suggestions or insights. Thanks

I had support take a look at your account and it appears that its paid in full and on an active subscription, can you confirm that this is the case?
