Hi
Round robin was definitely the right approach, so can you tell me more about what was happening? Are both hosts showing the same event booked on their calendar or is the time showing as free for the unbooked host?
As long as everyone involved with the round robin event was listed as a rotating host in the pool (note: not as co-hosts; those attend every meeting) and their schedule is free during the same time, you would be able to book 2 events at once.
Let us know!
Hello! Right now we have two hosts in the Round Robin event. It says “1 host from the round robin pool will attend” and we have both of us listed but it still doesn’t let the user book at the same time.
Hi
Mind running a troubleshooting test for me? Find one of the times where you know either Kim or Bailey is booked already and the other should be available. Then use the Troubleshooting Availability Tool to see what reason it gives for the time being unavailable. More on the tool here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145627-Using-Calendly-s-Troubleshoot-Tool
Let me know what it says (or screenshot the results). Thanks!
Sending you a couple screenshots--it says we are both attending the scheduled event even though only one of the hosts should be attending each event. I would love to schedule 2 events/tours from 2pm-4pm… There is only one event on the schedule right now for the 27th and it shows no availability, even though we should be able to book 2 appointments for the same time (ie two tours/meetings for 2pm). Thank you for your help! I have spent hours trying to figure it out!
