MY ADMIN PERSON IS UNABLE TO VIEW MY CALENDAR.  I’m a new account and wondering if there is a super user in the community that could help me with my setup.  I would gladly pay for your time as I am frustrated with myself. I don't think I set things up properly. 

Hi ​@Judy13821, sorry you’ve run into some issues. Maybe adding some clarity will help. 

 

Your administrator can do a number of things but one thing they cannot do is view your connected calendar through Calendly. To do that, you would need to share your connected calendar with them irrespective to Calendly. Think - sharing your Google calendar with someone, they way you would subscribe to a teammates calendar. Here is a Help Center Article covering all the features available to admins. 

 

On the other hand, if by “...IS UNABLE TO VIEW MY CALENDAR.” You mean that they can’t find you as a user in their organization they would need to explicitly invite you and then activate your account once it shows up in the Pending section the Users area in your organizations Admin Center.
