I have not been able to get through to a live agent for support. Does someone now how long the wait times generally are for a live agent over chat, or is there a way to call in?

Live chat waiting time is usually around 5-10 minutes during the week, but this fully depends on how busy we are. If you’re having trouble reaching out via chat, I’d recommend using a separate browser or using the browser in incognito mode. Additionally, you can email them at anytime at support@calendly.com.

Does this same issue occur across different browsers? Usually when I’ve seen this either trying another browser or clearing my browsers cache and cookies fixes it. You can also try using the Chat option when logged into your account, which is found in the bottom right-hand corner of your main events page:
