Hi ,

I noticed that in the confirmation email sent to the customer after booking the appointment, all available time-slots are shown including the booked (confirmed) one in bold.

This might be bit confusing to the receiver/customer.

Is it possible to show only the confirmed time-slot and hide all other time-slots?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Are there multiple times being shown in the confirmation email? Let me know! I’d like to take a closer look at what might be going on.
