When a client books a group training session with me, I’d like to give them the option to add multiple participants (e.g., their team members) during the booking process, so that everyone is included in the session and receives the confirmation and calendar invite.

 

Is this possible?

Yes, Adding Guests is an option available for users who are booking through a one-on-one event:
 

Once they select Add Guests, they can add up to 10 additional emails who will be notified of the event.
