How can a User be added to a Team

Just to clarify, is this user already a part of your organization, and you want to add them to a team page?

If so, you can follow the steps in this article for creating a team page, and adding users to it: How to set up a team page
Once the team page is created, you can select the Gear icon to edit, and add more users:
