Hi everyone,

I use Google Agenda because I find it more intuitive than other applications, but I do have a contact address (contact@xxx.com). It seems like some of my customers see my Gmail address as a contact address when they book a call with me through Calendly. Some of them send me emails on my Gmail address when they have a question. I would prefer them to see my contact address.

Where can I change this?

NB: the address I use to log in to my Calendly account is my business address (contact), not my Gmail address, but my Google Agenda is linked to a Gmail address (a personal one).

Hi @Mael48056!

Sounds like you might be using calendar invitations - which is the default - instead of email confirmations. This means that invitations for events are coming right from the connected calendar (which is your personal calendar in this case) and therefore showing your personal email address. You can learn more about these notifications here and how to change them here.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your answer.
