When a Prospect books a new Intro meeting with me, I have to manually add 4 other people to the invite (Execs and Admins). These same four should be added to each invite automatically. How can this be done?

You might want to look into leveraging a Teams account with Collective events or consider a forwarding filter. More info on both in the last reply on this thread:
