Is there any IT support apart from the live chat (which is very unhelpful!)

 

Hey there @MegRankin - I’m so sorry our live chat support was unhelpful! This is how you directly contact our tech support in real time - live chat. 

I would be happy to try to help you with whatever it is you have going on, as well! Do you you mind giving me some context so I can give you my best shot? =) 

That said - when you log into your Calendly account and click “help” you are prompted to connect with live chat, available 24/7. At that time you should also be offered an ability to email our support team - so go ahead and do that if you’d prefer! I will say that our live chat support is much faster and more efficient - and you’ll likely get a new agent this time around!
