I need to have meetings on specific dates, not specific days of the week. Is there a way that I can do this?
Yes there is a way to do this! The best place to get this done would be the Date Override section. In this section, which is located within the “When can people book this event” in the event type settings, you can set specific dates and times that you want to be seen as available or even seen as unavailable!
Forgive my ignorance. When I select an override date does that mean that date will unavailable? Or is it the other way round?

This is a great question! You can actually use a date override to both set up specific hours for specific dates and mark yourself unavailable for specific dates. When creating the date override, if you select dates and then enter times for those dates, you will be available for those hours on those dates instead of the weekly hours you have set up (or, if you have decided against setting weekly hours, you will only be available for the dates/times entered in the date override). Alternatively, if you select a date and then, in place of entering times you’re available, you click the trashcan symbol next to the text fields for time, you will see the term “unavailable” pop up. When you click “save”, you will see that it has marked you unavailable for this date/these dates. I hope this helps clear things up! This community topic has a response that maps out how to do this!
