How can I reassign a Round Robin meeting to a different team member (host)?
We’re using Calendly’s Round Robin with “maximize availability” setting to let our appointment setters book meetings for our sales team. It’s working well, but occasionally we need to manually switch the host for a specific meeting.
Here’s the issue:

Once a meeting is booked through Round Robin, it’s assigned to one of the sales reps based on availability.

If we delete and reschedule the meeting, it goes through the Round Robin logic again, which could result in assigning it to the same rep or a different one unintentionally—but not necessarily the correct one we’re trying to assign.

What we need is a way to reassign the meeting to a different team member without rerunning Round Robin or deleting and hoping the correct person gets picked.
Is there a way to change the host of an already-scheduled meeting from one user on our team to another—ideally:

Without having to cancel and rebook entirely

Or by allowing a manual override during rescheduling to pick the intended rep directly
If this isn’t currently possible, is there a workaround you’d recommend to make this process smoother?
