Hi, I am a trainer and will have training of multiple Day's but 1 day per month. SO if I have a training that will be in total 5 day's it will take 5 months

In this case, you can use a combination of the Weekly Hours (Which repeat every week) and Date-Specific Hours (Which do not repeat):
You can use Date-Specific Hours to set certain days you don’t want to be available. So if you’re going on vacation, will be out of office, you can set yourself as unavailable by selecting a day, then removing the time:
