Hi Team,

How can invitee attached payment receipt while they make a booking?

Thank you.

Hi Bibek78246

Firstly, check out our New User Guide - it’ll def prove helpful as you get used to the platform!

As you know, we have integrations with both Stripe and PayPal. You can connect your Stripe or PayPal account to Calendly to collect payments when your invitees schedule with you. If you don't use these services, you could add a custom link to your confirmation page that leads to your preferred payment provider. You could also customize your invitee notification emails to include that link!

Because the payment collection takes place via PayPal and not Calendly, Calendly has no access to the information needed to create an invoice. You will need to create invoices manually or with tools provided by PayPal (or perhaps another third party tool that you can implement) in order to meet this goal. I’m sorry for the inconvenience - I really do not like having to say “no”!

I hope this helps!

Hi Sean,

Thank you for your email.

Adding a payment link at the confirmation page at the end of the booking seems to be the right option, with out using Pay pal and Strip as both of them charge around $3 AUD on every transaction.

Where as I have reach out to request a payment link but they asked me few more question; which I am not aware of can you please help me with this questions?

Thank you.

Dear Bibek,

Thank you for your time over the phone today, it was a pleasure as always.

We may be able to integrate this Calendly booking platform into our payment gateway depending on the connection method.

Can you ask Calendly the following.

1. Is the link you are referring to an API key?

2. Is the link they are referring to simply a link for a payment gateway?

If they can provide some information in regards to the above questions, this will assist us with the setup of your account.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in regards to this.

Kind regards,

Samuel Capelli
