I would love to understand how we can take events that already exist with an existing employee to a new employee who needs the exact same events.

Hey there @Ben14200 - great question!

At this time there is no way to clone/transfer event types from one user’s account to another. Event types “live” where they are created.

However: 

  • you can create a Team Page and create team events there, assigning/removing hosts at will
  • you can create Admin Managed Events and assign/remove hosts at any time
