Question

How do I avoid asking for the phone number 3 times?

I set up an event which is a meeting which can be phone or Microsoft Teams. Prior to all meetings I want the contacts name, email, and phone number. Basic stuff.

However, if I put a phone number in as a question. It then asks for a phone number again if they select location ‘phone call’. It then asks for the phone number a 3rd time for text messages.

Do they really need to enter there phone number 3 times? Any way to fix this?

To avoid asking for the phone number multiple times, use conditional logic in your scheduling tool to show the phone number field only once, regardless of the meeting type. Check the settings of your platform, like Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, to customize form fields accordingly and streamline the process. This will ensure a smoother user experience for your contacts.

I don’t think conditional logic is available in Calendly? If so, where?
