With your new update it seems like there is no availability to block out appointment times. I need to do this on an almost daily basis. How can this be done easily and simply?

For example, if my calendar says I am available for booking all Thursdays from 3-4:00 pm, and this Thursday (and this Thursday only) that spot is now unavailable due to an in-person meeting (not someone booking through calendly)

Hi @Mary06744,

There are two places where you can set up your availability. The first will be within your availability tab by selecting Meeting Hours. Meeting Hours all you to set up your default availability across all event types:

The second can be done within your event type editor by navigating to the availability portion of your event editor and selecting either date-specific hours, or applying hours from other events:

You can see more details in the following Help Center article: Availability Overview.

However, in your situation as long as that time is blocked out on your native calendar as ‘busy’ time, that time won’t be available in any of your Calendly events.

I do hope you realize at some point that the “streamlining” that you did has made what used to be about two steps into 10-20 steps that are not intuitive or user friendly whatsoever.

It simply doesn’t work for me, or anyone else that has appointment availability that needs to be dynamic.

I will be changing companies and letting everyone that I know that runs an appointment based service not to use you.

I am deeply unhappy that I paid for a year service from you that is now barely functional.
