My calendly is connected to my google calendar - so when you book a time, you get an appointment with me, with my gmail - that I do not use. I wish for it to show my business email and company name for the “organizer” - how / where do I change this? Also to make sure the reply goes to the right place, and not for an email I do not use.
I am logged into calendly with my business email - and not the gmail.

It sounds like you might have your “Calendar to add events to” setting set to your personal calendar in your settings on this page: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings. By changing this to the calendar the events should be on, it will also send them out from the right email address too.
