I swore I had this option a few months ago, now can no longer remove never-used single-use links (SULs).

 

Use Case: Sending an SUL for a 1:1 and it goes unused by the receipent.  I sweep my Meetings ever 30 days so there are no lagging links; however, this time, I cannnot delete the older link.  Calendly allows me to rollover the Pending item, but doesn’t allow me to click into it.

 

Can we no longer delete lingering SULs?  Are they automatically deleted at some unknown (to me) interval?  If yes, what is the deletion interval?

We’re currently working on a new update that will allow for better control over your SUL’s. It was rolled out for a time but we reverted the change for some users due to some issues we had with it.

But keep an eye out in the coming weeks, you should see the change in your account soon!
