We get alot of no-shows for events that have been booked by prospects. We want to be able to have 2 bookings at the same time, does anyone know how i can do that?

There is currently no way to allow double booking as preventing meeting conflicts is sort of the core ethos of Calendly.
But no-shows eating up valuable time is absolutely infuriating. I get that! Here’s a few things to consider:
- Leveraging the reconfirm workflow. If users don’t reconfirm their attendance, cancel their meeting.
- Consider using a Round Robin team event. If both prospects show, the team divides and conquers. If one doesn’t show, the host with a meeting just invites the other host on in!
