Hello there! I couldn’t find the answer so I thought I should ask you guys: I was wondering if I could have for one event, different number of slots.
I use Calendly for recruiting apppointments and we have a jury doing the recruitment.
I would like, for one week in particular and one event, the availability to put wheter 2 or 3 available slots, depending on the availability of my coworkers.

It sounds like with a combination of a Collective event, setting available hours by host, and making sure their calendars are up to date with any events/out of office will get you what you need!
Collective events let you host an event with other people (the jury) and lets the invitee pick a time when you’re all available. You can learn more about Collective events here.
I’d also recommend adjusting the date range to ensure the invitee can only pick the one week in particular and available hours to ensure invitees are funneled into the time ranges you prefer.
