I like the one-off feature where I can override availability when scheduling a one-off meeting. I want to do the same thing but be able to provide the same link (with those times that I have overriden my regular availability by still selecting a time that I am free to meet when my general availability shows that I am not) and allow them to pick first-come first serve from those times.

I understand I can change my general availability, but I have a lot of recurring meetings that if needed, customers can pick from a time where I’ve overridden my availability.

Hi @Nathan66273!

Thanks for posting about this! While there isn’t a way to do it just like the One-off events, we have a few options that can provide the same result when creating your one-on-one event.

The first is by using our Book Over Meetings feature! This feature allows you to set what meetings in your connected calendar Calendly can book over/override, this also includes Calendly meetings as well! This article walks you through where to find and adjusting this feature: Book over meetings

The second is by setting date specific hours on your Availability page. Once you go to edit this, you have the option to use the List or Calendar view for your availability - While in the Calendar view, you’ll have the option to select specific dates, and edit the times you’re available. This is especially useful if your schedule tends to change more on a weekly basis.

Let us know if you have any questions on this, Nathan!

I have set up all my availability, but as soon as one customer chooses a date and time, the whole month is no longer available to others. I am sure I checked a box somewhere, but I am not sure where, thanks.

Hi @Susanne05600!

The first thing we’d want to check here is if you’re creating a one-off or a one-on-one event type. One-Off events have that behavior that once the first invitee schedules, the booking page will no longer be useable. One-on-one events will allow multiple users to schedule in the same booking page.

If you’d like us to take a closer look, could you send a link to the booking page? I can take a closer look from there!

They are one-on-ones. I am getting reports back that as soon as one month /one booking is chosen, the other users can no longer book anything in that month.

Great, thank you for sending this @Susanne05600!

In this case, it looks like you’ve shared a ‘One-time-use’ link. In this case, you’ll want to copy the booking page URL, without selecting that toggle, or by selecting ‘Copy Link’ on the event card. You can find the screenshot below on where to find and adjust that toggle. (Just make sure its disable before you copy it!) Let me know if this works!

This is found after selecting ‘Share’ on the event.
