How do I set the limit on max meetings per day across all events?

Here’s the situation. We are going into Budget season and need to have 1 person in several meeting types. However, that person should only have 1 meeting per day.

Person 1 + Person 2 = 1 meeting

Person 1 + Person 3 = 1 meeting

How can I limit person 1 to one meeting per day? Currently, Calendly allows more than one meeting per day. This is due to the different event types set up for persons 2 and 3.

In this example, Rebecca could have more than one meeting per day.

I’ve read prior comments and I don’t know if this is possible. Do you have a suggested workaround? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Ramona67680,

While you can control how often individual Event Types are scheduled we don’t currently have a feature that restricts scheduling based on user id. This is a good idea however and I’ve marked it as such in our system. I’ll make sure our product team reviews this post. I’m leaving a resource below that details how to control meeting limits with Calendly’s current suite of features.

@Sean Marlin Thank you. I have the limit set to 1 for each event. I’ll watch for updates on this.

Hi @Ramona67680, just circling back here - this feature just launched. You can now set Host Meeting Limits to control how many total meetings you take across all event types. Your feedback helped us shape this update!
