Hello everyone,

I wonder if I can set up calendly for a client (his website, his schedule...) then transferring the ownership to him ? For the billing to be simplier and avoid taxes on my turnover.

Thanks for your time ;)

Hey @PabloLETELLIER !

We can definitely make something like this work. I think the best way to go about this is by creating your own Calendly account, create the events, schedule and add these to a website of your choosing. Once its configured, you can change the login email to that of the client, so they could be in control of the events and billing from that point. This article can walk you through changing the login email when that time comes: How to update your login preferences

Otherwise, you can have the Client create their own account and setup a Calendly-specific password that they can share so you’d have access as well. This way you could log in at anytime to help them adjust events, or make an edit in the future. The benefit to this option is they would be able to subscribe on their own, so you can make any changes necessary. (Keep in mind, new accounts get a two-week free trial of our teams plan, so you’d have access to what you need during that period as well!)

Let me know what you think, or if you have any other questions! 😁
