Our nonprofit all share a calendar (I also have 3 other calendars) and I have linked all of them to calendly.  That went pretty smoothly and I was so excited to start using it BUT then I realized that all of the events in the shared calendar show up on my calendly as not available.  Is there a way to change that so that I can either add time slots to calendly or I can choose what events don’t apply to me?

We do have a feature that allows you book Calendly events over meetings with a specific name or title. I put together an article on this that you can read over here:
 


If these are separated into sub-calendars, you can navigate over to your Calendar Connections Page and select Edit next to the calendar conflicts section:
 

 

This allows you to keep certain calendars connected, but not check them for any busy events or conflicts.
