how do I verify that a special email I set up through workflow was sent?

Hi - I want to be able to verify that special emails I created in workflow were actually sent. Can you tell me if this is possible and how to do it? Thanks, Cathy

Hi Cathy!

Right now the best way to do this is to setup your workflows, then create a test meeting with yourself. Then you’ll get those workflow emails automatically.

Otherwise, you can reach out to our support team and they’ll be able to check to make sure those were sent! Let me know if you have any questions.

So there is no way to check ‘sent messages’ to confirm specific emails were sent?

@Eternal37500 You can also check your Timeline under the meetings page here: 
 


This won’t show you a status of the email, but it will show if the specific workflow was triggered or not. You can find this under the meetings page after clicking an event.

Hi ​@Eternal37500 - Yes to find this, you’ll need to go to your Meetings page and select a meeting here:https://calendly.com/app/meetings/user/me?tab=timeline

After you select a meeting, a sidebar should appear with some options to select from

 

Select Timeline and you should see the order of events from when it was scheduled, to when the workflows were sent out.
