Hi, I run into a problem I can't wrap my head around. So basically we are connecting young applicants with employees.

When the employee decides to he wants to have a Video Call with the applicant he can click a button which triggers a Zap in Zapier.

Now I'm wondering if it is possible to automatically create a meeting poll with random slots which are available to choose from. So then the applicant and employees can choose a time for the meeting and it's not in conflict with our calendar.

When there is a fit between them, calendly should automatically pick a time and create an event.

Is this even achievable? Actually this should be a common problem for recruiting agencies as well. Any other hints how to automate something like this?

Thank you!

Hey there @VisualLuke - great post and awesome questions!

This would be a feature request, for now. There is no way to set up automations that result in entire event types being created (to include Meeting Polls). I'm sorry!

You might be super interested in looking at the features and functionality of the Calendly Extension, though. Check it out!

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions about the extension.
