Hello, I have multiple clients and I’m facing an issue where I need to host separate meetings at the same time. We’re launching a new product, the 10mm lever belt and different teams like marketing, coaches across various countries are involved. It’s becoming unmanageable to schedule different meetings manually. Is there a way to automate this process, similar to email automation, where we only have to change the names and details?

It sounds like you are on a team and you need to schedule meetings for different teammates. Assuming you are on a Teams Plan you can certainly set up a Team such that multiple events can be assigned to different teammates.
