How to avoid overlapping events?

From which setting can I merge my different event types into one calender. For example if an hour is booked on event 1, it should be unavailable on event 2.

Is this an automated setting or do I have to do it manually? I use standard plan.

Hey there @Expat58765 -- welcome to Calendly (and community)! 🤗

This is one of the core functions of Calendly. You do not have to do anything at all! 💃🏻 Calendly will not allow overlapping events.

💡 What does this mean?

When one of your event types is booked, all other event types become automatically unavailable at that time.

🏷 Example: if your 30 minute meeting is booked for Friday at 3pm, your 45 minute meeting and 60 minute meeting will become blocked off for Friday at 3pm, and nobody will be able to book those event types.

You can read more about availability, calendar connections and more in our Getting Started Guide! Our New User Guide also has helpful information to these points.

I hope this helps! 🌸
