Hi all.

I’m currently using Calendly by myself integrating my personal and business calendars (max 2 calendars allowed). I am going to do some joint meetings with a colleague and want in incorporate her calendar so clients can book meetings with both of us together. I can’t find any answers on if this is feasible. Do I

  • upgrade to a team account and add her to my account as an additional team member - can I create an event for a client to book with both of us?
  • upgrade to a team account and invite her to join a team under her own account - can I create an event that books with both of us?
  • do something else?

Thanks,

Angela

Hi @Angela41084 - Thanks for reaching out!

In this case, the second option would be best! You’d want to upgrade to a team account and invite her to join under her own account. From there, you can create a collective event that allows both hosts to be booked at the same time. This is also available on the Standard Plan instead of the Teams plan! You can read more about this here: How to create a Collective team event type

Let me know if you have any questions!
