Hi,

We are trying to reach the support, but the bot doesn’t transfert us to an humain which is what we need. It seems like it is not possible to email someone so we are trying here…

Would would like to know how to do this...

When the first event is planned by the client, we would like a second event to be planned hidden from the client to reserve an employee's time. For example, the customer plans to bring their bike in for repair at 9 a.m., the system automatically schedules 3 hours of repairs thereafter.

I’d recommend checking out Zapier for this specific use case. There’s a lovely trigger that goes off when a new event is scheduled and it’d be fairly straightforward to add an action to the workflow that schedules a 3 hour event right after. You can learn more about the Zapier integration here.
