Hi folks,
every time someone books an appointment the event appears in my Google Calendar as a blue block. Is it possible to change this color (not manually but automatically)? And is it also possible to assign different colors to different events?

Ah, so you too love color coding? Me too.
Calendly doesn’t natively offer this functionality as it’d be a bit confusing with all sorts of calendar types (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and therefore color palettes, the host calendar settings, the invitee’s calendar settings, etc. However, there are some very cool (and usually free for basic functionality) third party tools that can do what you’re looking for. I personally use Reclaim.ai on top of my Google Calendar which gives me all the color coding I could ever want by mapping certain types of events (1:1’s, solo work, team meetings, external, etc.) to specific colors that I pick. There are plenty of other tools out there that do the same, but that’s the one I’ve been using for years in conjunction with Google Calendar and Calendly.
