How to edit the Calendar Invitations for the event types in a team?

I have been trying to move away from cal.com to calendly but just couldn’t. I have a team on Calendly in which I have three different event types.

Now whenever someone books a call using one of the links, the event gets created on their calendar with title like “Chat with Karthikeya And Karthikeya”, while the event name is “Chat with Karthikeya”. I just couldn’t find where and how to edit this calendar invitation format/template.


Can someone please help me?

We can definitely help with that!

You can modify the title of the calendar invitation by going to the event editor and navigating to “Notifications and workflows”. From there, you’ll see “Calendar invitation” with 3 dots next to it. Click that and then “Edit”. This will bring up the editor window where you can modify the title with available variables and the body of the invitation.

I do not see the Calendar invitation option here.

Thanks for the screenshot! In your case, it appears you are using Email confirmations instead of Calendar invitations which means you don’t have the same level of control over the event title unfortunately. It’s something we’ve passed along to our Product team, so I hope we see some changes soon!
