How to Include Zoom link in Confirmation Email

My clients are not getting the Zoom link and are missing appointments. How do I add the Zoom link to all email and/or text communications?

Hi ​@Jacqueline25362 - Thanks for reaching out!

In order to include the link to the meeting, you can add the location variable to your workflows/notifications:

If you’re using a workflow, head over to the workflow page and select the one you’d like to edit here: https://calendly.com/app/workflows/user/me

In the Workflow, select Edit under Do This:


Select the +Variables button and scroll to the bottom, here you’ll find one labeled Location

 

From there, all NEW booked appointments will include that variable. However this won’t effect meetings that have already been booked.
