On a standard plan, Calendly can view conflicts on up to six calendars but will only book meetings on one single calendar. If you are looking to book meetings on multiple separate calendars you will need to set a team page and add each of your staff as a ‘seat’ on your account. This will be add to your billing. I’m leaving some resources below which explain how to set up a team page and sync multiple calendars. 

Alternatively, if you don’t want to add each of your staff members to your account you can still book meetings based on their availability and use the “Book Over” meeting feature to ignore certain meetings on their calendar. More on that here → Book over meetings
