I photograph senior portraits.  I photograph multiple schools.  I have names and passwords for each senior.  I would like to upload a list of seniors, passwords, school so seniors from school 1 can book during week 1 and seniors from school 2 can only book during week 2 etc.  It that possible, where can I find information about how to control booking?

Hi @Gary85563 - Thanks for reaching out

At this time, there is not a way to upload a list of users/passwords to your account as a way to control the booking. One way I would recommend is creating two separate events, one for School 1, and another for School 2, and send links to each school respectively to ensure there isn’t any confusion.

Another way to do something like this is by using a Routing Form - This way you can create a questionnaire for the seniors to fill out, where they can enter their name, school and any other information, then be sent to a booking page based on the conditions you set. You can read more about creating Routing Forms here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418606043927-How-to-create-a-Routing-Form#h_01J9CRGK9H96AF1WYP1FNWS4V7
