Hi there, I’ve accidentally signed up for a free Teams trial. I wanted to setup a free subscription.
Going by my chat with the bot on the website, there's no action required to convert my account to the free plan and there will be no charges. But when I ask to confirm this, it goes into a loop (see attachments). I cannot downgrade because I don’t see an option to do so.
Can someone confirm this please?

I can 100% confirm for you both that there’s no action needed on your part + you will not be charged at your trial’s end unless you manually input payment info on your billing page and manually select to upgrade to a paid Calendly plan.
All users are automatically afforded a two week free trial on our Teams Plan when signing up for an account, and this is the case for everyone!
