I need more than 40 time candidates for meeting poll. How to handle this?

Hey there @Seonguk - thanks for your question!

Our Meeting Polls feature has a limitation on times offered, and that limitation is 40. I am sorry for the inconvenience!

Here are our user FAQs regarding Meeting Polls, in case that’s useful as well!

FAQs - meeting poll creator:

  1. Question: Can workflows be applied to meeting polls? Answer: No. Similar to One-off Meetings, Workflows cannot be applied to a Meeting poll.

  2. Question: Will poll time slots fall off the voting page if the host is no longer available at those times? Answer: No. Calendly will alert the host on the Pending page (under the Scheduled Events tab) if they are no longer available for any of the times they offered for their Meeting poll. They can choose to double-book themselves over any external meetings for the meeting but they cannot double-book themselves over Calendly meetings, similar to one-off meetings. For example, let's say a Calendly user creates a Meeting poll and offers 1pm and 2pm on Wednesday as available time slots. Then, before the Meeting poll participants have a chance to vote, the user is booked separately for a different Calendly event for 2 pm on Wednesday. That 2pm time slot on the Meeting poll will not fall off of the voting page but the user will be notified that they are no longer available at that time. If, however, that 2pm meeting was a non-Calendly event (i.e. an event on the user's connected calendar) then the user can choose to double-book over that event when they go to book the meeting for their Meeting poll.

  3. Question: Will the name of the calendar invitation that is generated when the Meeting poll is booked be the name of the meeting? Answer: Yes. The name of the calendar invitation is the name of the Meeting poll that is set by the user.

  4. Question: Will users be able to reschedule an event created from a Meeting poll? Answer: Not currently.

  5. Question: Will users be able to add an additional invitee when they go to book the meeting? Answer: Yes. Users are able to add additional invitees at the time of scheduling the event from a Meeting poll.

  6. Question: How many time slots can a Calendly user offer on a Meeting poll? Answer: Up to 40 time slots.

  7. Question: Will the Calendly Owner/Admin be able to see a user's Meeting poll from the Scheduled Events tab? Answer: Yes. The Owner/Admin will be able to see their users' Meeting polls.

  8. Question: Will users be able to see the top-voted for time slot under the Pending section for their Meeting poll? Answer: Not currently.

  9. Question: Can users be able to add a new time option once the poll is created? Answer: Not currently.

  10. Question: Can users book a Meeting Poll over a buffer caused by another Calendly-scheduled event? Answer: Yes. Users can now select a time slot that is over a buffer caused by a different Calendly-scheduled event and offer that time to their poll participants.

  11. Question: How will the meeting poll appear once the meeting has been scheduled? Answer: The meeting poll will appear on the scheduled events page with the title of the meeting listed as the "Event type". See below.
