How to pre-poulate a phone number as you create an appointment

I have saved my contacts and have added a phone number to their saved profile. Then, when I go to create an appointment for them, it asks me for the phone number, which I have to go back and look up every single time. Their phone number never changes. What a pain. There must be a setting I am missing somewhere that will automatically pull their phone number from their profile so I don’t have to keep searching for it to enter. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

The Contacts page is something we’re still working on and adding features to - You do bring up a great point as this is something that should auto-populate. I’ve sent your feedback over to our product team to review.

I’m surprised this is not already preset as such. Ok, is there a way to ignore adding a phone number at that section if I am the one making the appointment for them? Right now it won’t let you proceed unless you add a number.

You can change the location setting to Custom and type in the location details there - But if its set to Phone call, a phone number would need to be added. either yours or the invitees:
