Question

How to present a holding page when we have temporarily closed bookings?

I would like to either display our booking page but turn off the ability to book in new appointments until we turn them back on, or to redirect to a holding landing page that explains to our leads why we are not currently taking new bookings.

At the moment, when we change the availability in calendly to turn off all availability so new slots can’t be booked in, the booking page doesn’t view and shows and just displays a plain page with “no openings at the moment” which I don’t believe can be personalised with our message.

Can someone advise on a possible solution or if any of the above suggestions are possible?

Hi David15187,

Calendly doesn’t support a custom message when booking is turned off nor does it support embedding your booking page as a view only asset. These are both interesting ideas however and I will make sure our product team sees them when reviewing feature updates.
