Hi all. I found myself having to delete all my cookies yesterday from my Mac. Today when I go into Calendly all of my event templates are lost as well as my settings. It shows my account as a new user on a trial period. It does not detect that that I have a paid subscription. How do I have my account recovered to a previous point. I just paid for this service several weeks ago and already seeing issues. Should I not see all of the artifacts created when I log in?

I am so sorry you are experiencing issues with your account. If you haven’t already please try logging in with any other email you normally use. Sometimes, people inadvertently set up an account with a work or academic email. If this doesn’t resolve your problem, please reach out to our Customer Support Team as they can work with you live to resolve your issue.
