Hi @Manufaktura05408,
The minimum notice set up applies to both invitees and hosts, so unfortunately no - there isn’t a way to skip the minimum notice. If rescheduling entirely is an option, you could look at using the “Override available times” feature which lets you basically do whatever you need to do including booking over other meetings, buffers, outside of schedules, etc. We’re working on getting a help article together on it, but for now here’s how:
- From your Calendly homepage, click on Contacts.
- Find the contact you’d like to book with. If they don’t exist yet, you can enter them as a new contact.
- Click on “Book Meeting” and select the event type you’d like to book manually on.
- On the page that comes up, you’ll see what looks like the normal booking page but in the upper right hand corner you’ll see “Override available times”. Click this button.
- Select the time you want to book. As you can see, you can book over any existing meeting, over blocked off time, outside of your normal schedule, etc. The only thing you can’t do is book in the past.
- Click “Book Meeting”
Adding an “admin override” feature would be hugely beneficial to us at our school. I am in the front office and often have parents requesting last-minute changes to their teacher conferences (requests to switch to ½ hour later than originally scheduled, switch to a virtual meeting instead of in person, etc) and it is a giant inconvenience that I can’t make that change as an admin easily! Very frustrating-- please, please consider adding it! I beg of you!
