How to resend booking confirmations?

Question

What should I do if I want to send you an invitation about the already confirmed schedule (for example, January 8th 1:15-2:00)? I changed the custom time for that day (Ex, Jan8) and set 1:15-2:00 only and send an invitation. Is there any other ways to do like this? Thanks

Hey,@Yuna72110- great question!Firstly, check out ourNew User Guide- it’ll def prove helpful as you get used to the platform!Firstly, once a Calendly appointment has been confirmed, it cannot be changed without canceling and rescheduling it. Keep this in mind! This will automatically result in a new “invite” (confirmation) being sent as well.Secondly, while you cannot resent an invite, you’d benefit from usingWorkflowsto send email and/or SMS reminders to your invitees (and yourself, if desired!) for scheduled bookings.
