I had my set up my original account with my business address. Recently, I added a new email & created  booking system for it, as I thought I could run both alongside each other. However, inadvertently I have removed the original set up, which I need to access. It is still there as I can access it via my website if acting as a client. I am waiting for support to get back to me, but it’s taking time. Can anyone here advise how to retrieve it please, even if it means removing the second email address? Thank you

Hey there @TERESA32772!

So, each Calendly account has its own individual login email address and password or login method. Even if the intention was to add the second account to the original account as an additional user so you could manage them from one place, they will retain those individual logins.

What you need to do is head to Calendly.com and log into the first account using whatever login email address you were using to do so. If Calendly.com is automatically logging you into the new account, clear your cache and cookies, try a different browser and/or use an incognito/secret browsing window to log into the original account!
