How to set a limit of meetings per day for a user

Hi,

I have a round robin event with 2 user on it.

The event has a limit of 3 events per day but I want to defined who can have 2 and who can have 1.

I know that it is impossible to defined the distribution directly in the event.

But is it possible to define a limit of event for a profile ? (for all type of event, doesn't matter)

Maybe in the profil's settings ? I don't find

THanks for your help !

Hi @Twineeds08155!

It isn’t possible to have the type of control you’re looking for (2 meetings for one host, and 1 for the other), but you can optimize the event for either availability or equal distribution. The availability would lean more heavily on the individual you’ve got marked as ‘high priority’ and likely almost always have the outcome you’re looking for. You can learn more about these settings here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402432846999-How-does-round-robin-distribution-work-#h_01HBBEER3JC4QVVF4J16MKP36S

Hope this helps!

thank you for your answer ! And is it possible to put a limit of meeting in a day for an host ? I mean in general, for all the events, not particularly the event I mentionned ?

Thnaks

It isn’t, but that’s a great idea. I’ll add it to my December Product feedback list!
